4/22/06 - The Mirabella, a $40 million, 218,000 square foot luxury condominium, is now in planning at 301 Front Street between Vance and Pontotoc Ave. The new eight-story development will offer sixty 1,800 to 3,000 square foot units, on-site parking and feature designs by Fleming Associates Architects. The ground level will feature an enclosed two-car garage for residents and retail space along Front Street. Montgomery Martin is the general contractor and The Hobson Co. Realtors is handling sales and marketing for the project.
The Mirabella will offer upscale amenities and features and cater to affluent buyers seeking the best in downtown condominium living. For example, Mirabella's first residential floor will be modeled on garden terrace apartments found in more mature markets. Each unit on that level will have its own rooftop yard with real grass that will be landscape ready. That level will also feature a large open-air garden open to all residents. And, all Mirabella units will offer river views.
