One Beale will feature a 30-story tower and a 27-story tower with 125 residential units plus a 240-room Hyatt Regency and Spa, 30,000 square feet of retail, 35,000 square feet of office and 500 parking spaces. Condominium units will range from 1,350 to 11,000 square feet with prices starting in the mid $500’s.
One Beale’s modern look is being designed by the Hnedak Bobo Group, a Memphis-based architecture firm, and the condos’ interiors are being designed by John Harrison Jones Architect. The property is being marketed by Paradigm Productions, and Martin Group Realty is handling sales.
The towers will feature lobbies, restaurants, spas and retail space. They will also be equipped with offices, and the fourth floors will include conference rooms. The towers will also provide 500 underground parking spots, including spaces available to the public.
Construction is expected to begin in late 2007 and end in 2010.
