123 South Court, a renovation of a 1913 building adjacent to Court Square in Downtown Memphis, will feature five urban styled 2,100 sq.ft. condos above a flexible use 1,600 sq.ft. ground floor retail space. The project was designed by Architecture Inc. of Memphis and the general contractor is Webster Haining Co.

123 South Court offers central downtown living that is upscale and blends contemporary with existing architecture. The building design features one unit per floor on five floors with private elevator access to each unit. The units feature flexible floorplans with 9 ½ ft ceilings, exposed brick and professionally designed interior options including milled hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. Secured parking has been arranged with nearby parking garages that offers one space for the first two years with every unit.

With its location in the heart of Downtown’s core, 123 Court Square offers a lot within a short walk including Walgreens drug store, restaurants and bars, Autozone Park, Beale Street and very easy trolley and freeway access. And of course, there’s the view overlooking the beautifully renovated Court Square. Featured in the film, The Firm, this historic park has existed since 1876 and the Center City Commission recently initiated a $640,000 renovation project to return the park to its grandeur. Renovations include new walkways, sidewalks, park benches, streetlights and restoration of the central gazebo.
